Requirements for Attending an Interview

  • Two references, OR one recommendation letter from a previous employer (or one character reference from the last academic institution attended if you have no work experience).
  • Police Certificate of Character (valid for 6 months) OR official police receipt.
  • One copy each of your National Identification Card and Birth Certificate.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Customer Service Team Member, Bakery Specialist, Warehouse Attendant, Delivery Driver: Minimum of three (3) CXC passes or equivalent qualifications. Prior experience will be an asset.

Supervisor:Minimum of five (5) CXC passes and a Certificate in Culinary Arts, or two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Managerial Positions: Minimum of five (5) CXC passes and a Diploma in Culinary Arts, or three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a managerial role.
